When choosing a wedding or event planner, it’s essential to consider their experience, design style, and communication approach to ensure they align with your needs. We believe in transparent and collaborative budgeting. We work closely with our clients to understand their budget and tailor our services accordingly. We provide detailed cost breakdowns and offer tracking templates to suit various budgets. Our goal is to maximise your budget while ensuring a memorable event.
While booking your wedding planning services a year or more in advance, particularly during peak seasons, is ideal, we do occasionally have availability for shorter notice bookings.
For events, we recommend securing your date 6 to 8 months ahead, especially during busy periods, though we remain flexible and may be able to accommodate last-minute requests depending on our schedule.
While we primarily serve Sydney and its surrounding regions, we are open to select destination weddings and events.
